- Professional license/registration/certification preferred (PE, CCM, PMP)
- Minimum of 15 years related work experience on public works projects
- Experience in management a range of projects from small to large technically complex multi-million dollar projects
- Experience in providing construction management services for water/wastewater facilities, port/harbor facilities, school facilities, airports
- Experience in client relationship management
- Familiar with MS Office applications and project management software, such as Expedition, Prolog, Word, Excel, etc

- Experience with Primavera P6, Sure Trak, Claim Digger, Microsoft Project, and Practical CPM scheduling
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare project schedule from the available plans and specifications; prepare time impact schedules; prepare parallel weekly schedules; monitor and review contractor's baseline schedule as well as monthly schedule updates and prepare written review comment; monitor contractor's progress and compare it to the latest approved schedule, verify accuracy of the 3-week look-ahead schedules
